The Bourgeois-Diaz domain is located at the western extremity of the Vallée de la Marne. It is composed of a mosaic of 30 plots all from very different terroirs, growing the three principle grape varieties found in Champagne. Jérôme Bourgeois returned to the family domain in 2000 with the ambition to elaborate great wines. To achieve his goal, Jérôme laid the emphasis on strict quality guidelines: converting the whole of the domain to respect biodynamic practices as per the strict requirements of control organization Demeter; avoiding additives during vinification save for the yeasts used in the secondary fermentation and minimal added sulfur. The objective is to create wines that are pure, mineral, racy and characterized by their great drinkability.
